Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — No power supply for past 20 days in single phase

We are residing at East arasamsara street Aminjikarai chennai -29..In our area for past 25 days there is no power supply in single phase..We have already complaint 2 tneb office, person came 2 our area without resolving he went off and at the tym he s asking money 2 change cable.As government provide all our need y v are charged for changing cable..Please resolve this ASAP and save us from darkness..Some of families using wire direct giving connection from transformer as illegal
