Sir,
I am residing near pattabiram, chennai. I came at morning 9.00am to pay my electricity bill, but now the time is 12.15pm stil my bill has not been paid. This is happening continues on daily basis. No proper response, for each bill they delay time upto 25min to 30min. Nearly 30 to 40 members are in the queue. Every individuals in the electricity board have time to chitchat, but no time to bill in time.
Kindly, please inquiry this issue as sooner possible.

Our area line works very poorly... He's no take any action in power cut time... We are very struggle in power cut in night time... Here no safe in power cut time... So please take any action immediately...
