Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — No refund issued for cancelled application for new connection

Refund still not provided for application number [protected], it's been more than 5 months and 2 complaints have been raised in tneb website, but no resolution. This application was cancelled by TNEB officers since they were paid in the TNEB Trichy office, but still, the online application's refund is not issued yet
