Service connections [protected] and [protected] provided in my name seshadri k disconnected this year due to demolition and reconstruction. Single phase connection requested in the name of my wife, one of the owners of the flats promoted.1 month passed.
Deposits for the above service connectionsrequested for refund. No action. Billing for the vacant house from october 1st, 2015 charged by adding average units in the bill dated 28.01.2016. Neither proper reply provided nor refund of excess billing confirmed.
No reply to the email sent on 16.07.16 to [protected]@tnebnet.org.
Action for the above grievances with solution requested.

more than 250 families in Kumaran nagar.
eb supply is not properly.
today we are suffering evg.7 pm to still now.

Person who come to take reading not coming on time everytime he coming late so i have to pay excess amount due to increase in unit consumption.So please take strict action.I have made complaint but the EB office not taking any action.
