Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Not converting home power supply

I am sivagani from vedaranyam thennampulam village. I build the home at 2014 to 2015 this time i apply for tempery power supply. My home build finish at jan 2015. After that i going to apply convert normal home power supply but till now not yet converting. My father many time going to ask vedaranyam eb officer but they say coming coming but not coming to see my home almost 8 month. Please take action.
