Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Not providing temporary connection even after completion formal procedure

Application given before ten days . So I want the proper explanation from your side why this much delay is going on for even temporary connection. When will I get the connection and i am 65 years old senior citizen so I couldn't come for many times to insist of giving the connection its affecting my health.so do the needful as soon as possible.
