Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Not Responding and Rude on call

Since yesterday 25/11/20 power cut. We are calling all Surrounding EB contact Numbers no one responding even 'AE' also.
Everywhere power is available in my street only 1 or 2 house having power cut issue at this worst situation no one responding and Rude on call.
Asking ask to check with some local electrician person don't call us. I hope EB office paying salary for them then why they not attending and not responding. I am attaching my call log screenshot FYR that how many times I have tried to reach your super fast person (Aminjikarai EB persons)

Are you able to understand the Complaint without attending how you resolved it. Shut the website and your job also coz you are not fit for the job.
