Sir, I have requested for new eb connection for our shop and applied through online and paid amount rs.2418 through net banking on Oct 4th 2020...the payment was successful and debited from my account but still oct 27th 2020 the amount is not received to tneb and not refunded to my account again...No proper response from tneb side...negligence behavior...please explain to fix the issue...
