Complaint marked as Resolved I haven't received any update during the 30days from the date of issue. But finally the 30th day, the amount was credited to my account. I have sent so many request messages to TNEB on the available whatsaap number 9445850811. Every time I 'm getting the blue tick, but no response from TNEB on the whatsapp. I request TNEB to reply to the customers if any issue has come to them for resolution. Anyhow I have received my amount in my account, hence I'm marking it as resolved.
