Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Payment made but not updated on Tangedco and also received default payment message

I paid the TNEB bill dated 19/8/2022 in the foreshore estate office on 5/09/2022 but not only did it not get updated I called the foreshore estate TNEB office but there was no results. I tried to file a complaint with Tangedco website but did not give enough information so the response was that they cannot find such payment. So I tried to give all the information again but the website was not registering my complaint . I am attaching my receipt. I am a 75 years old woman and I cannot be going to every office to fix it . So kindly help me in this Matter
