Hello, I Have received the following email from TNEB regarding my payment and its been almost 12 days and I have not received the money back "Your below Payment made towards TANGEDCO has been rolled back due to discrepancy in Bank Statement: Service No:[protected] Transaction Dt: 21-AUG-18 Transaction No:[protected] Receipt No:PGNHDF8232768 Amount:6928 Contact the Bank for further clarification.Kindly pay your bill to avoid disconnection" I raised an complaint about the same at my bank and the bank confirms that the payment has been made from their end. If you are going to deny the same I would need an "merchant confirmation of non-receipt of funds" for the same so that I can talk to my bank about it. I had to pay extra 100 rupees for a payment that TNEB has failed from their end. Was this information helpful? | |||||
