Hi,
This is regarding my bill payment with TNEB - October 2020 bill. My bill was Rs.4090.
I have made a payment on 14th October 2020 - in the morning. it was a successful payment. then later sometime on the same day I got a failure message saying that Bill Payment failed. Amount got deducted from my bank account. usually in this case Gpay suggest to wait for 2-3 days.
however, I have wait for 7 days... and then nothing seems to have happened.
I have meanwhile consulted the local EB office and they said they have not received the payment, and they cant help on this issue and asked to consult the bank. Since, I was nearing the last day of the bill payment, I have also paid the amount using my card.
also, raised a dispute in GPay... its been now almost 3 weeks I have not received my amount and the status still remains "in dispute"
"Dispute raised with Bharat Billpay. Dispute status will be updated once received from Bharat Billpay"
attached screenshot below... Please help me to get my amount refunded. I dont want TNEB doing adjustments with the next bill cycle . **********All I want is a failed amount should be refunded and should not be adjusted with the next bill cycle..********
