Dear Sir,
With full regret iam writing this email to bring your attention that iam not satisfied with the service rendered by TNEB (Pattabiram).
It's been two weeks now there is no power in my house. The electric post in front of my house has fallen down due to Nivar cyclone.
The same has been escalated to TNEB, I was told that we can lay cable underground to obtain our connection back and I have to bear all the charges (laying cable underground from the road to my house and seperate charges for line). I agreed for the same, made a payment of approximately 7000rs for the EB line (got receipt) and started cabling work with the help of a local electrician.
Once I completed the cabling work, I have informed TNEB for the connection and now they are saying that they cannot give connection as they can only approve a electric post. If that is the case, why I was told that I have to pay 7000rs and what is that for? On top of it I have spent nearly 35000rs for the cabling work, what should I do with that?
Everyday I could see people showing up from EB but doing nothing leaving this issue in the same situation.I stay in UAE and I have elderly parents staying alone in my house, who doesn't know how to take it further. They are suffering with mental pressure everyday by your team that they have to pay again for the electric post and few other dissimilar information.
I am sick and tired of hearing this issue everyday and now decided to give up.
I am ready to accept any charges that your team says but ultimately I want my connection to be resumed with the new cable that we have laid.
I would request your immediate intervention on this matter and help me out in getting this issue resolved at the earliest as my parents are struggling there every day without power and by getting dissimilar information from your team.
