In the mes card referred above, the reading amount has been written as 355 units current consumption charges rs.695/- on 20.08.2018. This current consumption charges rs.695/- was paid on 31.08.2018. The due date is 10.09.2018. Payment made well in advance. On the same date 20.08.2018, rs.2, 084/- has been charged on the mes card on nmc. As such we launched an online complaint (No.[protected]) for the appeal against this nmc charge of rs.2, 084/- compliant registered on 18.09.2018. The reply through the reply checked on the online showed as’ to be processed’. On 12.10.2018, the mes staff telephoned to me and said that they are disconnecting the mes connection. Immediately, i rushed to the mes office at chetpet. The mes staff said that they have erroneously included the disconnection list and that they will rectify the same. They said that this amount has been charged by the anna nagar, mes office and they will inform me over cell phone after clarification at the anna nagar office.
Due to water scarcity in our area we have stopped using ac, washing machine and water heater etc. But not considering the this fact the staff took up the highest bill paid by us at an average and impounded nmc charges at a random unnecessarily.
Pray action, grant justice and exempt me from the nmc, bpsc, and rc other than the mes due consumed bill.
