Hi Team,

I have paid Rs 6768 online for new connection on[protected], but my application got cancelled, mentioning( Application Cancelled-Field verification wrongly registred domestic service Instead of Temparaury supply. )
JE called me and informed we are cancelling the application, the payment made against the application will be refunded in two days but still my refund have not proceed, visited the EB office the JE now telling it will take time. refund has to come from chennai. please help me getting my amount back.
