Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — regarding noting the eb reading

Dear sir now a days staff alloted for noting down the eb meter reading are now coming properly they just come to the street and note down reading of two three houses and they run away... We need to stand out of our house leaving all our works and request them to come and write for us... Is it not their responsibility to come and write the reading. Please intimate them to do there work...
