Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Regular fluctuations and power cuts

For the past few months. There is regular fluctuation and power card that is one phase or the other gets cut. We have registered a complain with the concerned AE. Last month( letter attached). However, the problem still persist. All our home appliances are breaking down. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest. The residence in our lane have given this complaint. Thanking you.
