Iam rahimudeen s/o khader mohideen, in our location every one is allowed with the digital metter and digital meter had been replaced to all the residents in street, except us, last month in our analogue meter we go shot in the eb input side, after a month of wait period there came to change the analogue meter with demand of 1500 +100 rupees per meter need to paid in counter, after mentioning that we will pay the bill in online kindly generate the bill in online there denied the amount to be paid in online and made to wait for one more week, after accepting the counter payment the came to change the meter and after demanding the bill, there member gave a 2 different bill for single meter fault, which is attached below,
If the meter have changed on the same while it was done on our street, we might not have face this situation, since we never gave 100 rupees per meter, the member left our home, after checking all the analogue meter in the main board he skipped my home because we never gave 100 rupees bribe per meter,
The bill given by the eb was not updated in the billing statement,
While checking the portal no payment amount was added to the account,
The respective documents has been attached kindly check that for reference.
Still we have 2 analogue meter, which is need to be replaced with digital meter, the eb employees making us fed for each and every request we make, unless we pay them in hands there not willing to attend the faults or replacement,
Kindly accept my complaint and take the respective action to improve the service and our economical and mental loss made by the tned ground level employee..
