Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — request to tamil nadu electricity board for low voltage or voltage fluctuation around my area

Hello sir,
In my area, everynight the voltage readings will goes from 170v to 190v. There is nearly 1500 family presents and we are request to our eb office still no response. The problem is analysed that we have one transformer for all 1500 family and so only voltage fluctuation happen. Kindly take my request to further action. My area name is kottakuppam which is located in villupuram district and vanur taluk.
