Myself shyam kumar, i am using two eb connections for my house.[protected]

Last month i paid my bill through online only, but now while accessing my account it says service not available or access denied. Could you please help us in this regards.
I am unable to access quick pay, account summary, payment detail for both of my accounts

Last two days there is no power in our area. There is no water for drinking for human and animals also but electricity board not taking action. Very worst performance of Tamil nadu electricity board. Please correct Asap
