I am having a single phase meter connection in my house (Service no. [protected] - (West - edc) at the below house address. From jan 2019 the electricity consumption bill shows rs 0/- only in the two bills of jan & march 2019. While checking the condition of electricity meter it was detected that the meter is not functioning. Hence in this connection i would like lodge a complaint about defective meter for replacement of the same at the earliest pl.
