Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Spark and sound from electric lines rubbing against tree branches

Electric line in front of house rubbing against branches and creating spark and sound. It is an area where even small kids play so we have been complaining to TNEB no. 22581300 but the person keeps saying tomorrow. Its is very dangerous especially as its is windy season. Please kindly resolve this problem.
