Dear sir,
Today I have made tneb payment through Indian bank net banking and get debited Rs 2044, but in tneb website shows transaction got failed.kindly find the payment detail bill/18/06/2019.kindly Provide the solution. I want to get the amount refund as soon as possible. My due date is[protected] so refund the amount to my account as soon as possible.

I have paid my eb bill through online Net Banking on 18TH june 2019
( 18/06/2019 CORE BANKING DATA CENTRE WITHDRAWAL TRANSFER
AVENUES[protected]/https://api.juspay.in/ TRANSFER TO
[protected] Rs 2044.00 ) and 19th June 2019 (19/06/2019 CORE BANKING DATA CENTRE WITHDRAWAL TRANSFER AVENUES[protected]/https://api.juspay.in
/ TRANSFER TO [protected] Rs 2044.00) .But i did not received online receipt.So again i tried on 19 th aug and paid my bill.Bill amount is Rs.2044.This amount debited twice from my card .So i request you sir to recredit the one time amount Rs.2044 to my Bank a/c.kindly please recover the Problem as soon as possible.

Kindly refund the money Rs 1400 and Rs 2044 in Indian Bank also Vijaya bank money, central bank money within evening itself.phone number is not respond cut the call also.Otherwise I will complaint police and High other Officers.
