My current consumption charge is 6664. I have been charged for average shortfall rs. 3069 on my bill. I request you to please reverse the average shortfall amount of 3069. In past 3 month we are are facing continues power failure ( weekly once more than 10 hours per day )in KILPAUK, SANAYASIPURAM 2nd street, Chennai.

Kindly take this complaint as priority, since may family getting effected on there daily work.
