Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — transformer and distribution box needs immediate repair

The transformer in stone arc aprts is leaking oil and the distribution box along with the transformer is completely rusted that we keep getting power fluctuations because of this. We have complained about this to the concerned eb office on lb road thiruvanmiyur but the technicians are not bothered to visit and repair the faulty box that requires replacement of parts in them. The transformer also requires some maintenance to stop oil leakage in it.
We are located at 17/12, bharathi nagar main road, (Near avvai nagar). Please assign some one asap to repair this.
