Dear Sir,
I am Prabhakaran from echoor village (thirukalukundram taluk)
Here in our village we are facing such issue in electricity that is on the 05/09/2021 it was heavy raining with thunder and by this our village transformer got affect so that around the village it was full power failure.
so that we have contacted our village eb office forman next day in the morning over the phone regarding no power and he replied like this transformer has been affected by thunder so the transformer has to be replaced and today it's impossible because we have no vehicle to bring new transformer to replace the affected one.
and the same day in the evening i have raised the complaint in Tneb customer care regarding it cmplNo: 174796 and they said we will inform to concerned branch J.E officer and after some time again electricity has come and we got happy but its useless because it has come with 1 phase low voltage so that we could not running the machine as well as most of house has low voltage so that water motor also running very slowly so that we have contacted our village eb office and they said we have not replaced the transformer and instead of that we have dummy that affected transformer and connected all the connections in another one transformer so due to over load it not possible to get proper power supply and 1 phase will be on low voltage and without solving the issue the customer care had been closed my compliant.
further we asked then when will it resolved for that they replied like this that we don't know because we don't have vehicle to carry the transformer as well as the transformer not providing by head office so we don't know they said like this.
so that since from 06/09/2021 we could not do work simply meeting loss by paying salary to the workers.
after that on the 11/09/2021 i have contacted the customer care registered a new complaint again cmplNo:183618 but there was no action taken place and i was waiting till monday but no action so that again contacted customer care with the same cmplNo:183618 and they said we will inform to concerned officers but there is no such things happened because still not transformer replaced or solved the low voltage.
today i have contacted the eb office foreman and he said we had sent the same thunder affected transformer to service and don't know when will it be serviced and send back to us and unless its comes then only we can solve the issue by fixing it and it may take 15 to 30 days to do reinstallation.
now i would like to asks something that's since no electricity then how can we conduct the company earn money and pay Eb bill and my eb bill due date it 16/09/2021 almost 8 days ran over without doing work and met lose even eb office saying it may take 15 to 30 days install the transformer.
in the meanwhile i want to pay salary to the workers as well as want to pay eb bill at the proper date.
already its very slow business and lack of orders so finding very difficult to manage the business since its being like this tneb department is not supporting this kind of power failure.
Now I am hoping on you sir you will take prompt action on it and solve this problem that's going on around our village.
