Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — unable to login does not recognize consumer no

I tried to register for online payment but the portal does not reognize my conumer number says innvalid conumer number!
Please fix the problem. My consumer number is:
[protected]. (Region 4)
I am very sure that my consume number is correct and i do not understand
Why the cnsumer number is rejejected as invalid. It appears to be a problem with consumer information data base or some problem with software.
