I reside at Kovilambakkam. The EB department is not performing their duties properly. The EB representative who is supposed to mark the reading (consumption charges) never does this on time. In other words, finds reason to skip. The meter in my house is located outside. Last time, he never came. When inquired in the office, they said the reason as "Door Locked" which I feel is invalid reason as the meter is outside. Also, when trying to raise a complaint with the AE, he refused to take the complaint and he ill treats all the consumers.
I have decided to initiate a complaint to CM Cell since there is no response even for the online complaint which I initiated.
