Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — unsuccessful - payment not refunded

Address:Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, 635109

I have made the payment through mobile app with net banking and tried through web internet as well but the transaction was not successful. Amount deducted from bank account but bill also not paid. I have not received the refund from tneb. Please refund the amount immediately.
