Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — unusual power cut and irresponsible behavior of the board

Electricity board of ambattur, cutted power on december 21 evening, around 6 'o clock. And when we inquired about the unusual power cut, which was not even informed to us earlier. They said that it is our fault that we inquired late and power will will come at morning 8 'oclock. This is really irresponsible behavior. And if no action is taken we will surely do our best what we could do. Either they should have informed to us earlier, or atleast something should have been done. But the way they responded towards our complaint is really not acceptable. Please see to it as soon as possible. From ambattur-thiruvengada nagar - south end road.
