Dear Sir/Madam,

The three-phase current supply is not functioning properly, and we are continuously facing frequent power fluctuations.

Due to this issue, lifts, water motors, and other electrical equipment are getting damaged frequently. Even after several complaints to the AE, the issue has still not been resolved.

Every two months, I am forced to spend a huge amount on repairing electrical equipment damaged because of the power fluctuation.

Request you to kindly treat this as urgent and resolve the issue permanently at the earliest.
