Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — voltage fluctuation in noombal

Im a thiruvasagam raghul, resident of noombal/ayyapanthangal locality for the past year. The fluctuations in voltage has been a disaster in our location for n number of times. Poor people here have lost numerous appliances and tvs. We tried informing regarding these problems to the local eb office to no avail. I kindly request you to acknowledge this complaint and proceed so noone has to suffer in the upcoming summer.

I'm the resident of Noombal Mahakshmi Nagar, for the past two weeks we experience frequent power failure and low voltage problems.
Please let's know whom to be contacted to rectify the problem.
