Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — We receive 2 phase current only instead of 3 phase

We're having 3 phase current for past 10 years but we did'nt receive 3 phase current from the beginning.We're getting only 2 phase current only due to this problem fuse carrier often got burnt.Hence I request you to rectify the problem.
