From; K.Suseela (House Owner Name Mr. Palsamy Sakthikumar) Plot No: 17, Door No: 3/604, Lakshmana Perumal Nagar, 2nd Cross Street, Kottivakkam, Chennai-600041 Mobile : [protected] Subject : Complaint on wrong bill amount for the month of July'21 Reference: Electricity Connection Consumer Number :[protected] Respected Sir / Madam, With reference to the above subject, I'am currently residing at the above given address. and I was totally shocked to receive the current July'21 month electricity bill in online and the amount of Rs: 4, 116/- Since my monthly electricity bill amount generally range between Rs: 300 to Rs: 600. Bill paid details are below for your reference, but the bill for this July'21 month bill amount is ten times differ of my regular bills... * Date:[protected], Receipt No: CHS277IA2S335, Amount: Rs: 470 * Date:[protected], Receipt No: CHS277IA2S208, Amount: Rs: 362 * Date:[protected], Receipt No: PGCAXI[protected] Amount: Rs: 604 * Date:[protected]Receipt No: CHS202IA2S601, Amount: Rs: 608 Since I'm residing in single room and staying two aged people only and not using much electricity, whereas I already paid my all the dues also I have checked my bill in online and didn't find any outstanding Bill's or amount. As you will notice there is clearly an error in it, I therefore kindly request you to correct the current bill and issue a fresh bill with correct amount...
