Respected Sir/Madam, we r very much surprised by receiving email for the EB bill generated for consumer account no:- [protected] in the name of Geeta dated 18/05/2021 for unit assessed 860 for the payment of Rs. 4156/- on or before 7/6/2021 in this connection we would like to state that we r in USA 🇺🇸 from last November 2020 and we had properly informed to AE for our departure in writing got signed by AE our home also Loked from last November 2020 and no one is in the home 🏡 then how EB bill generated for non usage of 860 units and ask payment of Rs.4156/- Please check and verify immediately and reply to my whatsup mobile no [protected] or email to me [protected]@ymail.com.
