Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — wrong billing

Our service is 200 unit free allotted past few years.
Now reeding is 186 only (Old mtr 36 unit+ new mtr 150unit)
So this reeding is under free unit limit.
But cc charge : 227/-
Other charge : 400/-
Total billing is: 667/- how is this possible and how we do waste of our money?...
Pls rectify the above wrong billing problem before 8/6/2018 (Payment last date)...
