I am Dinesh Kumar, residing in Flat no 2A, Ashvini abinita, Kaveri salai, Kalashetra colony, Besent Nagar, Chennai 90. Consumer no : [protected].
During the mid-month of Oct2015 they have changed electronic meter. Our last month bill (Bill dated 28th Oct 2015) is Rs. 8010/-. Present reading as shown in the EB bill is 870 units, whereas the current reading in the meter is showing only 87 units.
In last one year our EB bill has never crossed Rs. 1500/- even during the summer season (April, May, June). We have raised the complaint through website and also have written as letter to EB office besent nagar, but no proper action was taken. Kindly look into this and solve the issue. Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that from December 2014 to March 2015 the arrears amount of Rs: 5273/= (Five thousand two hundred and seventy three only) has been added for the Vacant portion of the EB reading No:[protected] which was under Renovation. I reported the same issue to seven wells Chennai EB office JE to which no response was provided. They insisted me to pay the above mentioned amount tallying the present month also so I have pay total amount of Rs: 8591/= (Eight thousand five hundred and ninety one only)
Therefore Iam requesting you to refund the above paid arrears amount of Rs: 5273/=
(Five thousand and two hundred seventy three only) thereby is reducing in my future incurring Eb bills.
