Tamil Nadu Electricity Board [TNEB] — Wrong meter reading in EB bill | |||
Dear sir / mam I have a problem with EB bill payment. You have marked extra reading unit in our meter. On previous month - 12/10/20 consumed marked unit is 12270 This month unit - 14/12/20 consumed marked unit showed as 12810 But now we gone and take reading on today 23/12/20 it shown 12499 unit As per it shown as you have marked 229 unit. As if even if you take even on 14/12/20 it would have shown less than the present unit. So, it should have been even less than 229 unit. The last time also we have faced the same problem. To solve this we have gone through a lot. This time also we have the same problem. Why again again it is repeating ? Why should go here and there to EB office everytime to solve this problem ? As a heart patient i have lot of issues personally this becomes an another issues in this pandemic. I will not pay the bill until you sort it out. Kindly come and check the reading and give proper reading.
