Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission [TNPSC] — amount debited for one time registration but not paid successfully

I have done otr as a new user and paid the money through debit card. After i completed my payment, i cant able to login. It shows that one registration was not completed. I paid the money again. Now it got registered. I request you to refund my first rs. 150 back. I have attached transaction screenshot for your reference.
