    i tried to login for group 2 by registration by otp. i received otp and entered but it shows already validated with different account.how to solve this issue can you reply asap.

      Sir/Madam,
      I had not received OTP for the OTR-Aadhaar Enrollment Policy. I had tried many times, but till now i am not received OTP. The OTP must be received by the mobile number which is registered in my Aadhaar Card, but it is not received.
      So please help me with the problem.

                    When I tried to recover my OTR, I got the error "data not found in database."
                    Then I tried to apply new OTR, but it showed "already registered."

                    Kindly help me to recover the account.

                        I am A. Benazir. I registered in OTR few months back and also linked my aadhaar number . Without the knowledge of applying before, I created another account and when it asked to link my aadhaar number, it showed as already registered. Now, I cant remember loginid or password. When i went into the forget id option and gave my details, it shows the current id.

                        I request you to recover my old account which I linked my aadhaar to or atleast tell me what I should do to deactivate my current account so i can recover my old one.

The amount has been debited from my account and has not yet been credited back. When i click refresh option, it's showing as "something went wrong". My application number is not generated too.                                     Register tnpsc group 2 exam in 28/2/22 but the OTR is not completed until.I tried many times not completed but the amount is debited to my account 150/-.So I tried to contact through phone but the number is always busy kindly process the otr to upcoming exam or refund the amount .
