Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission [TNPSC] — Complaining about OTR registration in the website

I am trying to make one time registration but shows me that I've already registered, though I haven't done so . This is my first time registration. The page doesn't even move to second page of making payment etc., With the personal details itself, it's showing that you have already registered. kindly take action on it and provide me a solution for this
