Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission [TNPSC] — Group 2 otr not completed

Register tnpsc group 2 exam in 28/2/22 but the OTR is not completed until.I tried many times not completed but the amount is debited to my account 150/-.So I tried to contact through phone but the number is always busy kindly process the otr to upcoming exam or refund the amount .
