Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission [TNPSC] — My otr account cannot be recovered

When i am trying to register, it shows you 've been already registered. But if i try to recover my account, it seems that data is not found in the database. I 've been registered in august 2019, with my community certificate number-1661552 and my name is b.Pavithradevi born on 11th may 1995. Kindly recover my account.
