Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission [TNPSC] — OTR RENEWAL amount paid but didn't reflect and the amount was deducted.

Respected Sir/ ma'am,
My OTR number is 14740938. I have paid for OTR Renewal, first time the amount was deducted but didn't reflect, so I paid for the second time, the amount was deducted and again it didn't reflect. Only by the third time when I paid it reflected. So the first and second time paid amount total of 300 rupees has not yet returned to my account. So I kindly request you take actions and return my amount.
