Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission [TNPSC] — refund of 150 rupees reg

Today i have paid 150 for registration. But when i logged in again, the web page again ask me to pay 150. So again i have paid 150. But my balance in bank account was reduced 2 times. So i request you to refund my 150 back into my account. Please mail me for further details of the incident. I have the receipt of two time money transaction from my account.

Water supply is very low, bore water also not available for few months.
