Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission [TNPSC] — requesting you to refund my money for applying one time registration

Dear sir/madam,
Payment mode - debit card transaction id : cpj3941627
I have paid amount for tnpsc group 2 exam - one time registration amount rs.150 was debited but the application status shows not completed your payment mode. So i paid the amount 2nd time after that application status was completed. So i want to refund my amount rs.150 which was debited from my account. Pls do the needful
