Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — 2 Ticket booking failed from Chennai to Mayiladuthurai | 660 rupees debited without tickets

I have booked TNSTC tickets via mobile app and used UPI mode to transfer money. i did twice, both the times money debited without tickets. Please help in refund
