I am writing to formally complain about the behaviour of a bus conductor, Name: MOHANDASS on TN29 N 2905 on [16/02/2025]. I was a passenger on this bus and experienced an unacceptable response from the conductor, which I believe requires immediate attention.

Description of Behavior: The conductor was rude and used offensive language towards passengers, including myself. Despite this, He said some of the seats were reserved for his relatives and some reserved for officers. If any circular has been issued regarding the seat reservation.

I believe that such behaviour is unprofessional and unacceptable, and it negatively impacts the overall experience of public transportation. I request that you investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
