Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation [TNSTC] — absence of person at the workplace for hours | |||
I am from ambur. I have applied for bus pass and i asked to receive it on 15th of august. I visited the ambur branch which is responsible for issuing the pass. But in surprise there is no one in the booth... At 11:30 noon i asked one person (Broker) who said that he went for lunch and asked me to come at 3 pm. I again visited @3.30pm but no one is there. Now i am standing here and lodging the complainant. Being a govt. Servant, these people are not doing their job correctly and greeting paid with lumpsum of salary. This k v prasad was traveling from kuppam to chittoor on bus no TN29N3004 AT 6:54:28 with ticket no A28796 ON[protected] I was issued exbortiant ticket and the bus conductor denied to give the explanation which costed me 220rs more on my ticket I want refund and I have submitted all d necessary tickets

The bus conductor is not accepting the Rs .5 note that j gave saying government does not accept it. Please educate the conductors not to harass the passengers by not accepting the notes. They also harsss passengers saying they don't have change and when we go w change to hey are a I to accepting it
