I have booked a ticket from Trichy to Chennai tomorrow (11.09.2022). The amount is debited from my account, but the TNSTC app displays nginx error and redirected again to the payment page.
Now I don't have any tickets in my ticket section. I have called the customer care numbers, but all numbers are busy all the time. How can I get the refund?
